Patients requiring repeat prescriptions are asked to attend their doctor for review at least once every twelve months.
You can choose to order your Repeat Prescription in the following way:
- Fill in the Repeat Prescription form and send it to us. This enables you to upload your medications and send the form directly to your GP practice.
- Download our Repeat Prescription Form here, print it out and complete it. Choose to return your form to us either by email, by post or drop it in to us.
Please note that all repeat prescription requests take 3 working days to process.
